About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment and Engagement Manager to join our People Team at The Bamford Collection. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading a small team in recruiting top talent for our hospitality and retail businesses.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment role that requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our hospitality and retail businesses.
  • Systems and Processes: Manage our internal ATS (TeamTailor) to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to promote our company culture and values.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a five-star candidate experience through regular feedback and surveys.
  • Data and Reporting: Provide regular recruitment data and insights to the People Team and wider business.
  • DE&I: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in our recruitment processes.
  • Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source top talent for specialist roles.
  • Business Partnering: Partner with senior stakeholders to support team structures and recruitment requirements.
  • External Agencies: Build strong relationships with external agencies to support recruitment where necessary.
  • Recruitment Budget: Manage the recruitment budget to ensure effective use of resources.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a high-volume recruitment role.
  • Proven experience of process improvement.
  • Experience of employee engagement.
  • A good understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge and experience managing an ATS (TeamTailor).
  • A whizz on LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Passionate about recruitment and obsessed with good processes.
