**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join our in-house legal team at Gazprom Energy. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal support to our business and work closely with our legal and credit control teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a variety of commercial disputes and litigation matters, including debt collection and commercial litigation.
- Communicate effectively with external lawyers and the business to ensure timely and effective resolution of cases.
- Support the day-to-day running of cases and manage your own case load from end to end.
- Oversee the management of legal cases and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Negotiate settlement of both liability and quantum as and when necessary, subject to supervision.
**Requirements**
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to work with speed and accuracy and be confident working both independently and as part of a wider team.
- Confidence drafting court documents and instructing counsel and experts where appropriate.
- Proven experience assessing liability and quantum and preparing reports/advice.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong negotiation skills.
