Commercial Litigation Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join our in-house legal team in Manchester City Centre. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal support to our business and work closely with our legal and credit control teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial disputes and litigation matters, including debt collection.
  • Communicate effectively with external lawyers and the business.
  • Support the day-to-day running of cases and manage your own case load.
  • Oversee the management of legal cases and ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Negotiate settlements and make offers, subject to supervision.
Requirements:
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with speed and accuracy, independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience drafting court documents and instructing counsel and experts.
  • Proven experience assessing liability and quantum, and preparing reports and advice.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong negotiation skills.
