We are seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join our in-house legal team in Manchester City Centre. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal support to our business and legal teams, working closely with external lawyers and managing communications between them and the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a variety of commercial disputes and litigation matters, including debt collection cases.
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of cases and managing your own case load.
  • Overseeing the management of legal cases and ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Making and responding to offers, negotiating settlement of liability and quantum as necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a confident communicator, able to engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will also need to be able to work with speed and accuracy, managing your own case load from end to end.
