Barnardo's has been operating Children's Centres in Plymouth and currently manages several clusters of Emerging Family Hubs. As we evolve, we aim to strengthen our existing team of Family Support Specialists. This role will involve collaboration across various community locations.
A valid driving licence and personal transportation are preferred, but we will consider candidates who can demonstrate their capability to navigate the city effectively without a vehicle; mileage reimbursement is available, and reasonable accommodations can be arranged as necessary.

While the complete salary range is advertised, our policy for starting salaries is to offer positions within the lower to mid-range of the pay band. This approach allows for annual pay increases based on individual contributions and alignment with our core values.
