Main Responsibilities:

- Administer medication and medical treatment in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' emotional, psychological, and physical needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum 12 months of recent experience in a healthcare or social care environment in the UK.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a strong focus on quality.
- A valid driver's license and access to a car is advantageous but not essential.
