Finance Business Partner Opportunity

Robert Walters UK is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial insights and supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive business performance and strategic decision-making through financial analysis and insights.
  • Develop and present financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Partner with department heads to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis on business cases, projects, and investments to support strategic planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Requirements:
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools.
