We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our Technology team at Severn Trent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and communicate high-priority incidents, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with the business.
- Engage with the Service Assurance function, customers, and internal/external suppliers to restore service.
- Take control of high-priority incidents, gathering and documenting all necessary information.
- Raise and manage changes required by third-party service providers.
- Provide first-line support, diagnosing and resolving incidents and escalating to the appropriate support team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of PCs, PC applications, LAN technology, Windows, and MS Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Microsoft Certifications and CompTIA Certifications is desirable.
- Knowledge and experience in an outward-facing, customer service function, delivering exceptional customer experience.
