About Our Service

We provide support to individuals with varying levels of need, from hourly support to 24-hour care. Our service is based in a small cul-de-sac, where we support ten people across six flats. We offer a range of activities and experiences, including outings to the beach, zoo, and other local attractions.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals with their daily needs, including personal care, safety checks, and person-centred support. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each individual receives the support they need to live a comfortable, dignified, and happy life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, including support with morning and evening routines, showering, and using the bathroom.
  • Support individuals with their personal safety, including carrying out checks in line with their individualised support plans.
  • Provide person-centred support, including getting to know each individual and their needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of support provided, including daily notes, medication records, and financial information.
