Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the hospital's budget and resources to deliver high-quality care within budget.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Hospital Manager or Deputy Manager.
  • QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
