We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Hospital Manager to lead our team at Aberavon Hospital. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the hospital's budget and resources to deliver high-quality care within budget.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our patients.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and external stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Hospital Manager or Deputy Manager.
- QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
