Team Leader - Lettings

LiveWest, a leading housing association, is seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead its Lettings team and deliver a comprehensive Lettings service with a strong customer focus.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of Lettings Advisers to deliver a high-quality Lettings service, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues across the organization.
  • Provide performance management and leadership to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure services are delivered in line with strategic aims and values, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work in a hybrid style, with 2/3 days in the office and occasional travel to support the team, promoting flexibility and work-life balance.
Requirements
  • Experience of leading and delivering allocations or lettings services in a comparable organization, with a proven track record of success.
  • Able to enhance performance or working practices to deliver improved value for money, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experience in working with key partners, such as local authorities, to deliver shared objectives, building strong relationships and partnerships.
  • Understanding of Choice Based Lettings and S106: operation and best practice, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Understanding of property services and housing management, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
