About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Lettings team at LiveWest. As a seasoned professional in property management, you will be responsible for leading a team of Lettings Advisers to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Lettings Advisers to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective performance management strategies to drive team performance and productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading a Lettings or Allocations team in a similar organization.
