**Interim Finance Director Position**

MacGregor Black is seeking a seasoned finance professional to fill an interim position as Finance Director for a leading B-Corp drink business.

This is a critical role that requires a strong finance leader to oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Lead and Manage the Finance Team**: Provide guidance, support, and development to ensure high performance and achieve business objectives.
  • **Develop and Implement Financial Strategies**: Align with the company's long-term goals and sustainability objectives, ensuring a strong financial foundation for the business.
  • **Oversee Financial Planning and Reporting**: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for the Board of Directors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • **Manage Cash Flow and Financial Risk**: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability and identify potential financial risks.
  • **Communicate Financial Performance**: Work closely with senior management, investors, and external stakeholders to communicate financial performance and strategy.
  • **Improve Financial Processes**: Continuously improve financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a senior finance role within the drinks industry or a similar sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a finance team effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Must be available to start immediately and hit the ground running.
