This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Recruitment Consultant for a reputable boutique recruitment consultancy. As a self-employed recruitment expert, you will be responsible for the entire 360 recruitment process, from sales and business development to candidate and client management.
You will be working on a national level, servicing multiple cities and locations, and will have the flexibility to work remotely from any location in the UK. The company provides all the necessary tools and support to ensure your success, including access to job boards, director support, company branding, CRM, IT systems, and a centralized database.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Sales: Bring on new business, create your own client base, and work to KPIs.
- Candidate Management: Identify prospective candidates using various channels, create a candidate persona for each open position, conduct confidential interviews, and assess capabilities.
- Client Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and develop a sustainable candidate-led strategy.
- Recruitment Leads: Research and develop recruitment leads, and develop a business development strategy at a local and national level.
- Profit & Loss Responsibility: Take full responsibility for your profit and loss, and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant, with a proven track record of high billing ( £10,000 - £15,000 per month, £130,000 per year).
- Self-Starter: Be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the drive and energy to build a desk from scratch.
- Background: Come from a sales and recruitment background in an agency setting, with a desire to succeed in a leading company.
- Setup: Be set up as a Limited Company.
This is a commission-based role, where you will keep 60% of everything you bill. You will also have the flexibility to work any hours, support your family, and have no ceiling on the amount you can earn.
