Data Centre FM Engineer

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre FM Engineer to join our team at Sudlows. As a key member of our Critical Infrastructures business, you will be responsible for undertaking Data Centre planned maintenance, reactive calls, small electrical installation projects, site surveys, and third-party contractor supervision.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct site surveys and gather/present material lists and labour requirements for quotations
* Ensure all tasks adhere to relevant legislation, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Conduct fixed wiring testing and ensure compliance with current (IEE) regulations
* Be available for call-out in the event of site facilities systems failures
* Be available for paid out-of-hours reactive attendance (on a rota basis)
* Accurately record all works onto the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) database in a timely manner

**Requirements**

* Understanding and experience of working within Data Centres and other critical environments
* City and Guilds Initial and Periodic Electrical Inspection and Testing
* GMP documentation knowledge, including quality investigations and completing quality documentation
* Level 1 thermography certification (advantageous)
