Position Details:
This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work on a 4-week rota, including weekends, with shifts scheduled between 7 AM and 8 PM.
Compensation:
£12.28 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate, motivate, and train cleaning staff to deliver an efficient and high-quality service to patients.
- Ensure that all cleaning and support staff arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance.
- Provide guidance and support to staff in designated service areas to ensure effective service delivery.
- Oversee the timely capture and upload of meal orders for service delivery.
- Monitor cleaning and catering services to meet established criteria and operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety HACCP documentation and cleaning schedules.
- Facilitate on-the-job training and assign a buddy for new employees or those returning after an extended absence.
