Senior Quality Assurance Manager

La Fosse is partnering with a UK-based client to find a skilled Test Lead with a strong focus on Quality Assurance (QA) and testing to join their team in Cheadle.
This is a new role that will play a crucial part in enhancing the company's QA capabilities and ensuring the quality of critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a QA team, providing direction and support in testing strategies and methodologies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing frameworks and processes that ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
- Work closely with development and product teams to ensure testing is integrated early in the development process, supporting a shift-left approach.
- Participate in Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban, promoting continuous testing and feedback throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Extensive experience in QA and manual testing, particularly with business-critical systems.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of testers, with strong mentoring and coaching skills.
- Industry experience in environments such as warehouses, logistics, biomedical research, or healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, with a focus on embedding QA practices early in the development process.
