About the Role:

We are looking for an individual with experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) on a 1:1 basis. The ideal candidate will have a patient and empathetic approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with complex needs, including SEMH, EBD, and learning difficulties
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote student progress and well-being
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom culture
