About the Company:

Calco Services, a leading UK Rail contractor, seeks a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

The company has been successful in securing a major portfolio of work within the civils, aviation, and rail sector with schemes ranging from £1 to £20 million.

About the Role:

The Quantity Surveyor will take commercial responsibility over their own portfolio of work, taking a project from inception through to completion, reporting into the Lead Commercial Manager.

Working closely with the Project Management and delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring commercial time frames and targets are met.

About You:

Strong NEC experience is required.

You should have a minimum of 4 years relevant experience and have worked for an established UK contractor.

You will be able to work under your own initiative and have the ability to spot commercial opportunity.
