**ORDER PROCESSOR / ADMINISTRATOR**
We are looking for someone to join our team on position of Order Processor / Administrator. We are expecting that you are hard working, punctual, reliable and able to work alongside with our team.
Computer skills are a must, but technical background is not necessary as training will be given.
**Main Role Responsibilities**:
1) Liaising with surveyors and Sales team
Reviewing survey, ordering products, checking factory paperwork against survey and contract.
2) Daily communication with our suppliers & customers
Written and spoken communication with suppliers about orders. Chasing up, amending, and reviewing orders to make sure that all is matching and is correct to the highest specifications.
3) Confirming order and details of the order with customers, architects, or builders.
Ability to speak to customers about drawings and their order. Giving explanation to customer about the products and glass.
4) Contacting customers to confirm order details, as well as responding to customer enquiries.
Take ownership of customer enquiries, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution by personally dealing with or passing onto relevant department/person.
5) Reviewing order details to ensure accuracy, such as quantity and description.
The ability to perform additional duties as reasonably required by the management, exhibiting flexibility and proactivity in fulfilling responsibilities.
Working with CRM system & phone system.
Excellent written and verbal English is essential.
