Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual with a background in Urology to become a part of our dedicated Urology administrative team as a Urology Service Coordinator (formerly referred to as Medical Secretary).
This position will require you to work at multiple locations, ensuring seamless operations across various sites.

Role Details:
You will collaborate closely with our Urology secretarial and waiting list teams. Your primary responsibilities will be distributed between various hospital locations.
You will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between our patients and clinical staff. This includes managing patient inquiries, addressing nurse questions, coordinating with consultants, validating patient pathways, organizing consultants' theatre schedules, and scheduling surgical procedures for patients. We are looking for an individual who can operate independently and excels in building relationships with clinicians, staff, and patients.

Work Schedule: hours per week, Monday to Friday
