Job Summary:
CastleView Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, handling a wide range of products, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Handling: Safely receive, store, and dispatch products to meet customer demands.
- Inventory Management: Accurately record and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Warehouse Operations: Operate a hand-held scanner to pick items, stage, feed, and resort products, and load/unload vehicles for delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: Earn £12.30 per hour for daytime shifts and £14.27 per hour for nighttime shifts, with overtime rates of £18.45 and £24.60 for 40-50 and 50-60 hours, respectively.
- Flexible Scheduling: Choose from various shift options, including 30 hours per week (6am-12:30pm), 35 hours per week (12:30pm-8pm), 16 hours per week (4pm-9pm), 40 hours per week (2:30am-11am), and full-time shifts (4pm-11pm, 5/7 days with Monday as a required day).
