Salary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits

Location: Central Newcastle

About the Role:

A leading electronics business is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join their growing Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge electronic products in a high-volume design environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop analogue and digital electronic circuits
  2. Design and develop multi-layer PCBs using Altium, PADS, or Eagle
  3. Work on microcontroller design using ARM, STM32, and PIC

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field and have industry experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of safety critical standards, embedded design, and IoT connected devices is desirable.

Requirements:
  1. Strong understanding of analogue and digital circuit design
  2. Experience with PCB design and development
  3. Knowledge of microcontroller design and programming
