About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Group Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team at Group Shared Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and coordinate the group's financial planning processes, including annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, ensuring seamless execution across multiple regions and functions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of key value drivers to provide insightful analysis and drive business opportunities.
  • Oversee and contribute to the success of material group programs, leveraging expertise and challenge to drive results.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis, to support business discussions and decision-making.
  • Utilize data and reporting from the wider business to drive value-adding insights and challenge the organization.
  • Review P&L movements, ensuring explanations and justifications for key deviations from budget and forecast.
  • Identify and develop proactive thought pieces, leveraging group-wide business knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in financial performance and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Oracle, with a strong understanding of leveraged PE-backed businesses in the Financial Services sector.
  • Experience in operating services across multiple countries, with the ability to quickly grasp regional differences.
