The Role: Associate Director, Client Success Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Client Success team as an Associate Director. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in cultivating and expanding relationships with our most strategic clients within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service and support to key institutional clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Identify and understand the diverse needs of various user groups within each client account, tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers at client organizations, fostering strategic partnerships and driving deeper engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to create customized roadmaps that facilitate product adoption and maximize the value they derive from our solutions.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback gathered from clients to inform product strategy and development initiatives within Moody's.

Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of proven experience in the financial services sector, with a strong understanding of credit risk and financial markets.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships at senior levels within organizations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees in finance or related fields are highly desirable.
