Job Title: Client Associate Director

The Client Associate Director plays a critical role in supporting the Client Director in delivering exceptional results for our clients. This position is responsible for managing the capabilities and team to ensure timely delivery and excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business and brands to lead communications planning and day-to-day management.
  • Champion iProspect's experimentation agenda and utilize the Intersections Planning process to deliver effective and forward-looking communications plans.
  • Ensure excellence in all aspects of the end-to-end campaign process, working closely with strategists and teams across all specialist channels.
  • Model collaboration and work with teams across all specialist areas to develop pioneering solutions that drive business growth.
  • Manage operational and financial accuracy to ensure client budgets and plans are well-managed.
  • Directly manage planning team members and take responsibility for their career development.
