Job Overview

Position: Lead Electrical Engineer – Control and Instrumentation

Location: Various locations with flexible and hybrid working options available.

Compensation: Competitive salary package

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing hardware and software solutions that meet project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
  • Defining and managing requirements and acceptance criteria for systems or products across various platforms.
  • Creating necessary documentation to facilitate the design review process, including technical specifications, diagrams, and test documentation.
  • Installing systems according to design specifications, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
  • Ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and executing work in accordance with company policies and local regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant STEM field or equivalent experience in engineering.
  • Experience with PLC and SCADA programming, along with C&I system verification testing, is preferred.
  • Proven track record in engineering lifecycle management and technical expertise.
  • Progress towards professional registration is a plus.

About the Test and Facilities C&I Team:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and testing hardware and software to create a plant simulation system that validates onboard control systems before deployment. The complexity of the product requires expertise across multiple disciplines, and you will receive support for your professional development and career growth. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.
