Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Labourer to join our team at Platform Housing Group. As a Labourer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality refurbishment services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with our multi-skilled team to deliver projects on time and to budget.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the work carried out.
- Contribute to the development of our team, sharing your skills and experience to help others grow and develop.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and company procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in Social Housing maintenance and a strong understanding of property refurbishment.
- Multi-trade skills, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and plastering.
- Sound labouring experience in the building industry, with a strong focus on customer service.
- A full UK driving licence and a DBS check are essential for this role.
