At Think Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team in Worcester. As a skilled tradesperson, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs on domestic social housing properties across the region.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, with experience of working as a carpenter in the building trade either as a carpenter or as a multi-skilled tradesperson. They will also have experience of working for a social housing, housing association, or council.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who is professional, experienced, and hard-working. The ideal candidate will have a minimum NVQ L2 or City & Guilds in Carpentry (time served may be considered) and a full driving license. A company van will be provided.

This is a permanent opportunity to work with a well-established and reputable company, with a great reputation in the industry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, using their skills to make a difference to people's lives.

The salary for this role will be between £18-20 per hour, depending on the tradesperson's skill set. The role will involve working 40 hours per week, with a 6-month fixed-term contract.
