Exciting Opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

Bromford is seeking a highly skilled and versatile tradesperson to join our team as a Multi-Trade Operative. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks in our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve maintenance issues
  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance tasks across various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, and locksmithing
  • Ensuring high-quality work and adherence to health and safety standards
  • Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with colleagues and customers

Requirements:

  • Strong technical abilities across multiple trades
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
  • Full, clean driving license
