Key Responsibilities

As a Unit Manager at CH&CO, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of 2-3 outlets, ensuring that service and operations are delivered in line with our high standards and client expectations. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve set financial targets and budgets.

Team Leadership

You will lead, develop, and mentor a team of Baristas, Team Leaders, and General Assistants to deliver exceptional results and accomplish goals and projects. Your passion for quality food preparation and taste will drive a culture of excellence throughout the business.

Financial Management

You will oversee GP, Rotas/Labour, Controllable Costs, and Compliance for your units, implementing strategies to control costs and possess solid financial knowledge. You will also build consistency of the offer and service across the estate, continually reviewing standards and processes.

Client Relationships

You will manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring contractual compliance and adherence to company policies. You will work with the entire site management team and the chefs to ensure that client expectations of food and food service are consistently delivered to the highest standards.
