Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Real Estate Asset Management Officer to join our dynamic in-house team. This role is pivotal in supporting the development and execution of the Council's Corporate Asset Management Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of property assets.
- Provide strategic guidance on property matters.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including building users and client departments.
- Assist organizations interested in Community Asset Transfer.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:
- A relevant property-related qualification.
- Experience in a strategic property role, preferably within a local authority context.
- The ability to manage a diverse caseload and operate independently.
