Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Real Estate Asset Management Officer to join our dynamic in-house team. This role is pivotal in supporting the development and execution of the Council's Corporate Asset Management Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of property assets.
  • Provide strategic guidance on property matters.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including building users and client departments.
  • Assist organizations interested in Community Asset Transfer.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A relevant property-related qualification.
  • Experience in a strategic property role, preferably within a local authority context.
  • The ability to manage a diverse caseload and operate independently.
