Located on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council is embarking on a transformative journey to enhance the wellbeing of its current and future generations. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Assets and Review Officer to join our in-house team. As a key member of our Corporate Asset Management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our Corporate Asset Management Plan. Your responsibilities will include reviewing property holdings, providing strategic property advice, and collaborating with various stakeholders, including building users, client departments, and external agencies.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a property-related qualification and have experience working in a strategic property environment. A background in local authority environments is highly desirable. You will be expected to deliver a high level of service, manage your own case load, and act on your own initiative. Your technical skills will be complemented by your professionalism, enthusiasm, and autonomy.
