Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council is committed to transforming and having a positive impact on the wellbeing of its current and future generations. We are seeking a Property Assets and Review Officer to join our in-house team and contribute to the development of our Corporate Asset Management Plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review property holdings and provide strategic property advice
  • Support and inform groups and organisations with an interest in Community Asset Transfer
  • Liaise with building users, client departments, and external agencies
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a strategic property environment
  • Property-related qualification
  • Ability to deliver a high level of service and manage own case load
