About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PQ Integration Engineer to join our team at Jonathan Lee Recruitment. As a PQ Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the development of new vehicles and platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the maturation process of parts and assemblies, conducting root cause analysis for production and design-related concerns.
  • Review and validate system integration for exterior and interior themes, ensuring seamless coordination between teams.
  • Develop and implement PQ techniques and processes, driving efficiency and quality improvements.
  • Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to PQ methods and processes, ensuring a high level of expertise within the team.
Main Duties and Skills
  • Create and manipulate geometry using Catia for primary communication of Gap/Rad Planning PQ Requirements, with a focus on generating high-quality 2D and sectional data.
  • Develop and maintain the Gap and Rad Plan, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support the Lead PQ/Integration Engineer on complete vehicle activities, providing expertise and guidance as needed.
  • Assist with benchmarking competitor vehicles and reporting findings, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Support Optical Quality and Perceived Quality development and assessment activities, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
