PQ Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled PQ Engineer to join our team at Envisage Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Lead Engineer and contributing to the development of PQ techniques and processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Lead Engineer in the development of PQ techniques and processes.
  • Contribute to the review and validation of system integration for Interior themes.
  • Develop and maintain the Gap & Rad Plan.
  • Support the PQ Lead in mentorship of engineering teams in understanding and applying designs and engineering execution which achieves PQ targets.
  • Perform digital reviews and sign-off events for PQ related activities on Interior systems.
  • Develop Product Attribute Targets based upon the Product Attribute PALS positioning for PQ.
  • Assist with the Benchmarking of competitor vehicles & reporting findings.
Requirements
  • CAD operation skills essential - The successful candidate will be able to create and manipulate geometry for primary communication of Gap & Rad Planning PQ Requirements.
  • Catia V5 operative skills - 2D data & sectional data.
  • TCUA (Team Centre) PLM utilisation is desirable.
