As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and managing the facilities operation within Balfron High School and ensuring the statutory PPM servicing and reactive breakdown service are carried out to good industry practice.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage the facilities operation within Balfron High School, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and industry best practices.
- Manage the statutory PPM servicing and reactive breakdown service, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Provide client reports as required, maintaining accurate asset data and providing guidance on lifecycle requests.
- Ensure that VFM exercises are carried out to ensure best value to Bellrock and our lifecycle partners.
- Manage sub-contractors on site, ensuring that they adhere to health and safety standards and complete work to the highest quality.
- Present a smart and pleasant demeanor when on and off site, engaging with clients and providing excellent customer service.
- City and Guilds Mechanical / Electrical Qualifications
- Proven experience in a mechanical maintenance role, with a strong understanding of hard services and facilities management.
- IOSH certification
- Corporate / Healthcare / HTM / Critical Environment experience desirable
- IT literacy, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and CAFM software
- Member of IWFM or similar professional organization
- Experience in facilities management at contract level
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Experience in managing training and improving team performance
- Experience of large complex heating and water systems
- Boiler and associated system component fault finding experience
- Flexible work attitude and ability to adapt to client business demands
- Respectful and professional presentation at all times
