Job Title: Community Care Partner

Job Summary:

Silverstone is seeking a Community Care Partner to join our People & Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will provide HR support to our business units, ensuring a seamless and professional HR service that drives business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with key stakeholders to mitigate risk and identify opportunities and solutions to people matters.
  2. Act as the trusted advisor and strategic partner to key stakeholders across your designated business units in relation to all elements of the employee lifecycle.
  3. Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team to support effective recruitment and resourcing strategies, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  4. Guide and coach leaders on best practices for managing performance, conflict resolution, and employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  5. Provide people insights and analytics, presenting analysis on payroll, training, compliance, management, and staff performance.
  6. Champion the rollout of People & Culture initiatives, including employee engagement programs, benefits, performance management, and internal communications, ensuring these initiatives align with business goals.
  7. Ensure consistent application of People processes and procedures across business units.
  8. Partner proactively with the People & Culture team on broader business projects and strategic HR initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance issues.

• Ability to think outside the box to develop creative HR solutions that support both people and business objectives.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in IT tools, including Excel, Word, and familiarity with HR platforms such as Select HR/Select Pay.
