Job Title: HR Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Consultant to join our team at Aston Martin Formula One Team. As an HR Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering best-in-class HR services to support the team's high-performance culture and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver HR services and support the team's performance enablement functions.
  • Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including Commercial & Marketing, IT, Finance, and Young Driver/Heritage Programme.
  • Support HR Business Partners as required and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and probation reviews.
  • Develop and coach managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to support the team's performance enablement functions.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop and implement training plans, including e-learning and in-person training activities.
  • Support the effective management of business area headcount requirements and budget targets.
  • Collect and analyze workforce planning data to identify trends and propose solutions to workforce planning issues.
  • Support the annual pay review process and absence management.
  • Take ownership of small-scale projects, including change management, and support the HR Business Partners with project work.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, working in a high-pace and high-performance environment.
  • Excellent working knowledge and experience of HR in a professional workplace.
  • Good understanding of UK employment legislation, HR policy, and process.
  • High professional standards, including quality of work, high accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Agile and adaptive, with the ability to work under pressure to achieve targets and deliver results within required timescales.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a demanding and rapidly changing environment.
