Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Billing Team: Manage and develop a team of billing professionals who are responsible for processing and sending bills to our customers.
- Improve Billing Performance: Analyze and improve our billing processes to ensure that bills are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
- Champion Billing Governance: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that our billing practices are compliant with industry regulations and best practices.
- Support Revenue Growth: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities to increase revenue through improved billing and cash flow management.
- Ensure Compliance: Oversee the billing and coding staff to ensure that billing and coding standards are adhered to and that our billing practices are compliant with industry regulations.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in billing governance, bill-to-cash performance, and revenue management.
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of B2B billing, governance, and bill-to-cash performance, with a strong commercial mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Leadership: A leader who can operate at the strategic level and roll up their sleeves to get into the detail, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: Up to £80k DOE + bonus
Location: Nottingham (4 days in the office and 1 from home a week)
