Clinical Pharmacist Opportunity at The Wellington Hospital

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at The Wellington Hospital. As a Senior Specialist Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in providing clinical pharmacy services to our patients, including those in critical care and antimicrobial stewardship.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in critical care and antimicrobial stewardship
* Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services to improve patient outcomes
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

**Requirements**

* Master's Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent)
* GPhC Registration
* Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent experience
* Extensive relevant pharmacy experience, including providing clinical pharmacy services to critical care at an advanced level
* Strong initiative and commitment, with a 'can do' attitude to work
