Acerca del Departamento

El departamento es responsable de la elaboración de Estados Financieros y Cuentas de Gestión Interna, centrándose principalmente en la comercialización de productos petroleros. Las responsabilidades clave dentro del departamento incluyen:

  • Reportes mensuales de cuentas de gestión a los equipos de Dirección y Comercio de manera oportuna y precisa.
  • Asegurar que los saldos comerciales mensuales, según se reportan en el sistema ERP, cumplan con las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIIF) y las Políticas Contables del Grupo Comercial.
  • Facilitar la toma de decisiones locales a través de informes financieros detallados.
  • Mejorar continuamente los controles y la eficiencia de los procesos.
  • Participación en diversos proyectos y trabajos de desarrollo.

Acerca del Rol

Como miembro crucial del equipo financiero, reportando al CFO, el Controlador Financiero liderará al equipo en la implementación de la estrategia financiera del negocio. Las responsabilidades clave para el rol incluyen:

  • Asegurar la precisión, calidad y puntualidad de los informes mensuales y anuales al Grupo.
  • Gestionar los procesos de revisión del balance mensual y evolucionar continuamente los procesos de control.
  • Supervisar la conciliación de cuentas de terceros, incluyendo facturas y pagos/recepciones de efectivo, colaborando con Tesorería, Operaciones y Oficina Frontal para asistir en la asignación de efectivo.
  • Analizar deudores y acreedores, incluyendo análisis de antigüedad.
  • Colaborar con auditores para auditorías tanto de gestión como estatutarias.
  • Contribuir a la Informática de Gestión y Análisis.
  • Realizar tareas ad-hoc según sea necesario.

Este rol se encuentra dentro de un equipo altamente flexible, que busca la mejora continua y la excelencia en la elaboración de informes financieros y la eficiencia de los procesos. El candidato exitoso desempeñará un papel clave en el crecimiento y éxito del negocio.

Requisitos del Rol

  • Una calificación profesional (ACCA/CIMA/ICAS o equivalente) es esencial.
  • Excelente conocimiento técnico contable (NIIF) y mantenerse actualizado con las últimas normas contables.
  • Experiencia demostrable previa en un rol similar; la experiencia en la industria del petróleo y la energía es preferible pero no esencial.
  • Experiencia con un sistema contable ERP, siendo Oracle NetSuite una ventaja.
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectivas (tanto escritas como verbales) con la capacidad de generar confianza rápidamente con partes interesadas senior en funciones no financieras.
  • Fuertes habilidades en sistemas, incluyendo dominio avanzado de Excel.
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas, con la capacidad de presentar hallazgos a personas de diferentes departamentos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo, con la capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas y priorizar.
  • Fuertes habilidades para construir relaciones y la capacidad de trabajar de manera efectiva con otros equipos.
