We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team at Sue Ryder Chipping Norton shop. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our charity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth.
  2. Work closely with the local community to generate donated stock and promote the shop.
  3. Recruit, train, and retain a volunteer team, providing leadership and guidance.
  4. Manage stock processes, ensuring the shop is well-merchandised and fresh stock is available.
  5. Act as a brand ambassador for Sue Ryder, promoting the brand and national fundraising initiatives.
  6. Manage the Epos operation to optimize stock processes.
