Head of Commercial Litigation

Your expertise will help create a vibrant, bustling community that fosters industry, activity, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies to ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage a dynamic team responsible for ICT, Health, Safety, Fire, Litigation, Audits, Performance, Complaints, Finance, Resourcing, Staff Training, and Catering
- Design impactful training programs and drive initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Investigate incidents and manage IT investments effectively
- Lead performance measures, contract outcomes, and target achievement
- Ensure compliance with policies and deliver a minimum of Level 3 HMIP ratings
