As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for delivering a minimum of Level 3 HMIP ratings, managing risks, and maximizing operational resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Manage a dynamic team responsible for ICT, Health, Safety, Fire, Litigation, Audits, Performance, Complaints, Finance, Resourcing, Staff Training, and Catering.
- Design impactful training programmes, drive initiatives, and deliver formal audit outcomes.
- Investigate incidents and manage IT investments effectively.
- Lead performance measures, contract outcomes, and target achievement, ensuring compliance with policies.
Requirements:
