Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring they feel welcome, safe, and at home.
- Conduct viewings and tours of the property, showcasing its features and amenities.
- Undertake pre-let inspections and scheduled inspections of communal areas, ensuring they meet the company's standards.
- Log and manage resident parcels, ensuring timely delivery and collection.
- Implement and maintain building security and resident administration in line with GDPR regulations.
- Organize and host events for residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
- Log and report all Health and Safety tasks, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Perform administrative duties, including producing system reports and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, property, or customer service.
- Awareness of Health and Safety requirements on-site and the ability to implement them effectively.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- A flexible approach and ability to work well in a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for residents with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in common software, including Microsoft and Windows.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal English and numeracy.
- Experience with events is desirable.
