  • Log and manage resident parcels, ensuring timely delivery and collection.
  • Implement and maintain building security and resident administration in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Organize and host events for residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Log and report all Health and Safety tasks, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Perform administrative duties, including producing system reports and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, property, or customer service.
  • Awareness of Health and Safety requirements on-site and the ability to implement them effectively.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • A flexible approach and ability to work well in a team.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for residents with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in common software, including Microsoft and Windows.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal English and numeracy.
  • Experience with events is desirable.
