Executive Facilities is seeking a talented Lifecycle Marketer to join our UK Marketing team in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving existing customer growth and retention in the small and medium-sized business marketplace.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with our UK marketing lead and sales team to develop and execute a comprehensive customer growth strategy.
  • Design and implement an account-based marketing strategy to deliver commercial results, targeting both large firms and small practices/bookkeepers.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including product education, product launch roll-outs, offer promotions, and advocacy activations.
  • Utilize a range of channels and formats, including email marketing, webinars, video, case studies, product demos, social media, events, and sales enablement.
  • Be responsible for creating a range of content for lifecycle communications.
  • Host webinars using Go to Webinar.
