We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join our team at Adecco. As a Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal team with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our litigation, personal injury, and clinical negligence cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documents
  • Assist with legal research and document preparation, including drafting and editing documents
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and other legal professionals to ensure effective communication and case progression
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling appointments and managing diaries
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in litigation, personal injury, and clinical negligence
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with experience of using legal software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
