Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Homewares Buyer with daily administrative tasks and activities, including ordering, logging, and returning samples from suppliers.
  • Write engaging and well-crafted product descriptions to showcase our products to customers.
  • Accurately record information on spreadsheets and manage paperwork relating to products selected for catalogues.
  • Resolve warehouse or customer queries regarding quality issues or additional information.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
  • Office-based administrative experience.
  • A confident and articulate phone manner.
  • Strong communication skills.
