About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Negotiator Estate Agent to join our team at Copperfield Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling properties and additional services to achieve agreed targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell properties and additional services to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer care to vendors and applicants, ensuring high-quality service and building strong relationships.
  • Qualification and Negotiation: Qualify applicants and potential vendors to company standards, negotiate offers to agreed deals, and generate viewings and offers.
  • Performance and Reporting: Achieve personal and individual activity targets, generate listing opportunities, and collate daily, weekly, and monthly figures to highlight performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Implement the branch plan with the branch manager in line with the group strategic plan and conduct marketing review calls in line with company standards.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with vendors, applicants, and colleagues.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting performance expectations.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, sales and marketing principles, and customer service standards.
